Who processes your data

What data and why

Through the contact form we process your name, e-mail, phone number and the text of your enquiry. They are used solely to answer you and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is your consent, or steps taken prior to entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last communication. If an enquiry turns into an order, data is kept for the period required by accounting and tax legislation.

Who we share it with

We do not provide your data to third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell it. Our hosting and e-mail provider has access as a processor, only to the extent necessary to operate the website.

Your rights

• the right of access to your data and to have it corrected,
• the right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”),
• the right to restriction of processing and to data portability,
• the right to withdraw consent at any time,
• the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.

CVs and job applications

If you send us your CV through the form, we process the data it contains solely for the purpose of the selection procedure. The file is not stored on the website — it reaches us as an e-mail attachment and is deleted from the server immediately. We keep CVs for a maximum of 12 months; if you ask us sooner, we delete them right away.

Cookies

This website uses only technical cookies necessary for it to work. We do not measure traffic and we do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The map on the Contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap and loads only when that page is displayed.
